Pine Cone Shape Cheese Ball

Every party where I have a chance to make this appetizer I do. Christmas, New Years, birthday parties, it's always a hit. We started making this back in college when we didn't know how to cook, but it tastes so good we never stopped making it.

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 pkg. Buddig beef, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Green Onion, chopped (about 5 stake or to taste)
Dash of white pepper
Dash of onion powder
Dash of garlic powder
1 package sliced almonds
1 package whole almonds

Directions

Mix the cream cheese with chopped beef. Add the Worcestershire sauce. Add onions, dry ingredients and mix well. Chill for hour or overnight. Form cheese mixture into a pinecone shape. Insert sliced and whole almonds onto cheese. Add sprig of fresh Rosemary on top for decoration. Serve with crackers.
