It's a super easy, crunchy snack to balance out all of the creamy and sweet treats usually served at holiday parties!
1 Refrigerated breadstick dough (11 ounce)
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup slated, chopped pistachios
Open tube of refrigerated breadstick dough (12 breadsticks) and separate into individual breadsticks.
Mix shredded firm cheese such as Asiago, Romano, Parmesan or aged Gouda, and pistachios together.
Spread on a sheet of waxed paper. Grasp each breadstick and twist ends in opposite directions at the same time. Press one side of the twisted breadstick at a time in the cheese-nut mixture.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to the directions on the tube. Cool on wire rack. Makes 12 servings.
